Q: How come my story isn’t showing up?
A: Your story will show up immediately for you, but It takes around 5 minutes for the rest of dynasty members to see it. Just wait and the story will appear.

Q: How many highlights can I save per game?
A: There are up to 5 photos automatically taken for you, and you can save up to a total of 10 photos. Additionally you can save up to 5 videos per game. NOTE: You need to save the highlights before exiting the game, once you return to the front end the highlights will be uploaded automatically.

Q: Where can I write my story?
A: login to dynasty.easports.com and find your game recap, select Edit story to begin editing the different text fields.

Q: How come my story keeps getting filtered?
A: Your story contains text that does not pass the EA or Sony/Microsoft profanity filter, you can edit your story to change the text so that you are not being filtered.

Q: I edited my story, but after I selected update my story disappeared from the list. Where is it?
A: while the update is taking place the story is “hidden” so that dynasty members don’t access it while the update is taking place.

Q: How do I edit the caption for a highlight?
A: When editing a story, click on the current caption for the highlight in the Selected Media portion of the story editor and change the text to whatever you want.

Q: If I remove a story can I get it back?
A: No, removing a story deletes both the story, and any highlights from that game forever.

Q: Can I edit a story from the console?
A: No, story editing can only be done at dynasty.easports.com

Q: One the website how do I find the other dynasties I’m in?
A: at the bottom of the header there’s a dropdown box that contains all of the other dynasties you are a member of.

Q: My story disappeared whey?
A: If a story is deemed to have offensive or inappropriate content of any kind, EA reserves the right to remove stories and even entire dynasties from the EA Servers.

Online Pass

Q: Why can’t I access Online Dynasty after I enter my Online Pass code, I get a warning saying “An Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature?
A: If you have user created content blocked or restricted content enabled in family settings you will not be able to access online dynasty. Additionally, the lead profile must have both their text and voice privacy settings set to Everyone. Having it set to Just Friends will prevent access of Online Dynasty as well.
